Baskin Robbins logo for their truck advertising campaign

Summary

Baskin Robins Ice Cream wanted Ottawa to know a new Ice Cream Sundae product line was available this summer! Going live on 5 Mobile Billboards over 12 weeks, they targeted affluent parts of the Ottawa market. Drivers were inundated with people commenting on the campaign... A customer approached one of the drivers and in an aggressive tone, said, "Thanks a lot". The driver asked what the problem was, and the pedestrian responded, "I saw your truck the other day, and I couldn't stop thinking about Ice Cream, I had to go to Baskin Robbins and get some!" Not only was Ottawa talking about the campaign but they were also gobbling up Ice Cream faster than it could be restocked! Sundae Toppings sold out during the execution, showcasing how effective Mobile Billboards drive sales!
