Kotn logo for their truck ads campaign

Summary

Lennar is one of the Nation's leading homebuilders providing homes for first-time, move-up, luxury, urban and active adult buyers. They came to Movia for a 10-truck, 14-week execution in Orlando and Central Valley to reach their audience in select counties. The campaign generated 42 million impressions in these key areas and retargeted 100,000 unique device IDs from their core demographic. Drivers also became an extension of the brand, distributing 20,000 Lennar-branded flyers at residential homes along their delivery route. In addition, with the help of Movia's tree-planting initiatives, Lennar planted 3,000 trees, making their advertising efforts not only just sustainable but carbon negative.
